The Secret of the Coconut Bread: A Delightful Morning Tradition at Eclypse de Mar

The "Coconut Bread" ("Pan de Coco" in the local Guari-Guari dialect) is handmade by beautiful Caribbean women from Old Bank (Bastimentos Town) who keep this ancestral recipe as a well-guarded secret for guests to enjoy breakfast every morning.

All rates include a continental breakfast, where you can try our authentic "Coconut Bread" as well as delicious Panamanian coffee, different varieties of tea, and fruits."
